Maintenance Manager Heavy Industrial Operations The Role We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role owns preventive maintenance strategy, team leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across mobile and fixed equipment. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life Partner with operations to plan and schedule maintenance aligned with production demands Monitor equipment performance, diagnose recurring issues, and implement corrective actions Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices Manage maintenance operating and capital budgets, including forecasting and cost control Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment What You Bring Technical degree in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related field 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a heavy industrial or mobile equipment environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning tools Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and operate under pressure #JDP
