Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a multifamily community. This full-time opportunity offers $55K-$60K annually + benefits and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations and apartment make readies
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize service requests
• Ensure vacant units are market ready in a timely manner
• Provide excellent resident customer service and respond to maintenance requests efficiently
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergencies

Qualifications:

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
