The JUDGE GROUP is hiring a Maintenance Manager! Join our fast-paced food manufacturing team and lead all equipment and facility maintenance. You'll drive reliability, guide a skilled tech team, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

• Own PM/PdM programs to cut downtime
• Support production, quality & engineering
