Engineering & Maintenance Director

Most plant Engineering & Maintenance Director jobs are glorified firefighting.
You inherit a backlog, manage the crew, keep the line running, and hope the CapEx committee takes you seriously next quarter.

$185K$225K plus bonus. This role carries roughly 75% travel between sites, so it's built for someone who runs well on the road.
