Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician- Fort Mill SC to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician- Fort Mill SC, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Direct Hire Position**
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Pay Range: $30 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am / OT as needed on Friday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am
What's the Job?
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Develop and recommend changes to proactive maintenance programs to increase machine uptime.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, relay logic, control components, and PLC programs.
- Mentor junior technicians by providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate across departments to support production, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Industrial maintenance experience, particularly in electrical, controls, and PLC systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; two-year Technical Mechatronics degree preferred.
- Minimum of six years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment as a maintenance technician.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control logic, and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work all days and shifts, including overtime, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
