Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Your role as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is critical to ALs success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Assistant Maintenance Supervisors will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.Your Day to Day at American Landmark as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor: Assist in the supervision of the maintenance teamAssist in managing the work order system and tracking work ordersResponding to work orders within 24 hours and ensuring follow-up calls are madeResponsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the propertyResponsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory Assist team with renewal and leasing efforts and to achieve financial goals Coordination of apartment turn effortsQualifying Accomplishments of an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor:3 years+ as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor1-2 years supervisory experience EPA Universal certification required HVAC Certified (Requirement)Prior experience in multi-family housingRefrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge is preferredIrrigation knowledge Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
