Maintenance Technician

Location: Mountain Home, AR

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Arkansas. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
