Schedule: First Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25-28 an hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of trailers (dry van, flatbed, reefer, truck bodies, and specialty trailers).
Conduct preventative maintenance and quality repairs in compliance with DOT and company standards.
Rebuild, replace, and repair trailer components as needed.
Read and interpret work orders; document all maintenance and repair activities.
Perform welding and fabrication (Certified Welder preferred).
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with vendors and customers
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
Experience installing trailer parts such as cross members, rails, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, and valves.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Previous experience as a trailer mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar trade strongly preferred.
Must provide your own hand tools.
Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
Proof of work authorization in the U.S. required.
