Grounds / Building Maintenance Worker

Marathon Staffing is hiring a dependable Grounds / Building Maintenance Worker to support parks and public facilities in the Osceola area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping community spaces clean, safe, and well maintained.

• Mow and maintain parks and outdoor areas
• Keep buildings and grounds free from debris
• Maintain landscaping including trees and shrubs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Operate lawn equipment and tools
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license (required)
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather
• Strong teamwork and work ethic
• Equipment experience is a plus
