What You'll Be Doing- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry plant equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Inspect equipment and identify wear, damage, or safety concerns
- Fabricate, weld, and replace components as needed to support plant operations
- Follow all safety procedures while contributing to a proactive safety culture
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely in a heavy industrial environment
- Experience or ability to perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems
- Reliability, adaptability, and a focus on quality workmanship
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $25 per hour
