Shift: Monday - Friday 6a-2:30p or Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am (Overtime as needed) Build heavy-duty boom trucks from the ground up! Essential Job Functions Read and interpret mechanical drawings, including weld symbols Install inner sections, reels, accessories, wear pads, hoses, winches, and cables Use conventional and precision measuring tools Complete inspections, certifications, and documentation Build, repair, and modify equipment to meet project specifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment Follow attendance and punctuality expectations Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Good math and measurement abilities Ability to read engineering drawings Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems professionally High school diploma or equivalent required Previous mechanical experience preferred Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to lift from floor to overhead positions Stand and walk for extended periods Use hands and arms regularly for pulling, gripping, lifting, and tool operation Safely climb ladders, steps, and trucks as needed Hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build something you can be proud of?
