Minutemen Staffing is recruiting for Maintenance Technicians for a large automotive supplier in Simpsonville, KY. These are direct hire opportunities and on the C shift rotating. Friday/Saturday hours are 6a-6p. Sunday and Monday hours are 6p-6a. Pay is BOE $30-$34 range. Responsibilities Lead Maintenance Projects Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues Machine and UAP downtime analysis Weekly/Monthly analysis of plant downtime indicator Preventive Maintenance program Weekly Analysis of preventive maintenance Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines PM software administration Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics Maintenance of extraction systems Required: Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering. 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment. 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Industrial Maintenance and TPM Spare parts inventory management Siemens PLC Allen Bradley PLC ABB robot knowledge KUKA robot knowledge FANUC robot knowledge VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar IATF 16949 Quality Systems ISO 14001:2015 / ISSO 45001:2018 Please send resumes to ... or call me to discuss ...
