This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Pay Range Experienced Maintenance Mechanic: $28 - $32/hr Advanced Industrial Technician (Electrical / PLC / Automation): $33 - $39+/hr Higher compensation available for candidates with strong electrical troubleshooting, PLC experience, or advanced industrial maintenance skills. 2nd shift employees receive an additional +$2/hr shift premium.
