Job DetailsJob Location: Resthaven Living Center - BOGALUSA, LA 70427Job Shift: DayAssist with program services, grounds maintenance and upkeep.

Perform duties with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical, heating, cooling, and water systems.

Performs duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, security etc.

Ability to communicate effectively with oral and written instructions.

Ability to identify maintenance problems, plan and follow through to their solution in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned
