We specialize in high-end architectural and custom metalwork for residential and commercial projects throughout the Gallatin Valley. We currently have two highly experienced lead fabricators and are looking for someone dependable and motivated to help support production and shop workload. This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication experience who wants to continue learning and growing in a professional shop environment. Responsibilities: Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom metal projects MIG welding and basic TIG welding Grinding, finishing, fitting, and material prep Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently Read and follow shop drawings and cut lists Help maintain an organized and clean work environment Work closely with lead fabricators and shop management Qualifications: Prior welding/fabrication experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience with hand tools and fabrication equipment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable Ability to safely lift and move materials (50lbs), tools, and fabricated components in a physically active shop environment Preferred (but not required): Experience with architectural metal fabrication Basic blueprint reading Forklift or equipment experience TIG welding experience What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits Opportunity to learn from highly experienced fabricators Modern fabrication equipment and growing shop Steady workload with interesting custom projects Positive team-oriented work environment Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience) Please with resume, work experience, and/or a brief description of your background.
