We are looking for someone who can become a leader of our maintenance team, and there is an opportunity for the right candidate to be promoted to grow into senior leadership role. Job Details Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to predict and prevent equipment failures. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems and PLC. Manage the maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock of essential parts and materials. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions. Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Work closely with other department heads to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems and PLC. Proven experience in preventive maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, safety compliance, inventory management, inspection, and mechanical and electrical maintenance. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
