This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of hotel facilities and equipment, while delivering excellent service to our guests.

Schedule Details:
Full-time position with 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 Maintenance and Engineering operation, requiring flexible availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional Responsibilities Include:
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical repairs
Operate and maintain hotel systems and related equipment
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory of maintenance supplies
Maintain a safe working environment and identify potential hazards
Work collaboratively with other departments to support daily hotel operations

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in one or more skilled trades (mechanical, electrical, carpentry, HVAC/refrigeration, or painting)
- Ability to safely operate hand, mechanical, and electrical tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in varied environments including heat and humidity

- Trade school education or relevant work experience
