Second Shift Monday through Friday 130pm to 1000pm

Job Summary:
Perform maintenance and repair duties in a healthcare environment. Support facility operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring building systems operate safely.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment and building systems
• Perform plumbing repairs and fix leaks
• Maintain lighting fixtures ceiling tiles and building components
• Monitor and adjust building automation systems
• Perform generator testing and inspections
• Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems
• Use diagrams and manuals to diagnose equipment issues
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors
• Conduct inspections of building and mechanical areas

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years maintenance experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks
• Experience with building automation systems preferred
• Experience with maintenance work order systems preferred
• Driver license with clean record required

Salary:

• $21 - $23 hourly
