Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a production team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the daily operations—diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate has a strong "safety-first" mindset, loves solving mechanical puzzles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. ALL SHIFTS OPEN!

salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per year

work hours: 5 AM - 2 PM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Rapidly diagnose and repair breakdowns on critical production machinery (including hydraulic systems, pneumatics, conveyor networks, motors, and gearboxes) to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PM inspections and servicing according to scheduled timelines to catch mechanical failures before they happen.
  
  
• Electrical Work: Utilize multimeters and schematics to safely troubleshoot low and high-voltage electrical components, sensors, switches, and relays.
  
  
• Documentation: Log all maintenance activities, parts used, and repair details accurately into our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  
  
• Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, with an absolute commitment to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA standards.
  
  
• CNC Repair : working on CNC machinery, mills, or precision tooling
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
