HVAC Service Technician

Looking for a solid HVAC technician to join our growing team! We are a local company with 30+ years in business and proudly under new ownership. We service both residential and commercial systems throughout Tooele County, and all of Salt Lake.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment issues
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and rooftop units
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and repair options
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
• Work alongside installers and office staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation if needed
• Represent Wasatch Heating & Air professionally on all job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience preferred
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces
• Experience with furnaces, AC systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, and mini splits preferred
• Must be dependable, motivated, and punctual
• Basic hand tools required
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites and with customers
