Onsite Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Nova Trampoline Park seeks a full-time Onsite Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain,
repair, and ensure the safe operation of amusement and recreational equipment within a family
entertainment facility. The position is responsible for preventative maintenance, equipment
repair, safety compliance, and coordination with third-party contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine and scheduled inspections of trampoline systems, climbing structures,
mechanical components, and facility infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards
and manufacturer guidelines.
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, structural, and operational equipment,
including welding, drilling, grinding, fastening, and component replacement as required.
Diagnose mechanical and structural issues and complete necessary repairs to minimize
equipment downtime.
Replace worn padding, mats, structural components, and safety materials to maintain safe
operational conditions.
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of inspections, repairs, and compliance
measures.
Coordinate with external contractors and service vendors to oversee specialized repairs and
ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local safety codes, and internal safety protocols.
Respond to emergency repair requests and perform maintenance tasks outside of standard
business hours when necessary to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.

Assist in relocation, installation, and assembly of equipment and structural components within
the facility as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, facility
maintenance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with hand tools and power tools, including welding and metal
fabrication tools.
Knowledge of mechanical systems and structural repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required for operational
needs.

Onsite in Massachusetts.
