Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Hatfield, PA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
  • Read and understand work orders, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow prescribed safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required per P.M. charts and operate forklifts as needed.

What's Needed?

  • At least one year of related experience in a production environment.
  • Experience using hand tools such as grinders, polishers, air tools, and hammers. is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
