Job Description - other duties may be assigned
- Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
- Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary
- Prepare status reports
- Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
- Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
- Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
- Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
- Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
- Work independently with moderate supervision

- Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years production or related work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent
