Responsibilities:
Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Wire Processing
Perform precise electrical, mechanical, and lighting assembly work according to standardized operating procedures and work instructions.
Execute specialized wire preparation tasks, including abrading, etching, priming, crimping, and pre-coating wires and connectors.
Interpret instructions to accurately mix various epoxies and specialized paints used for marking and bonding components.
Carefully handle delicate electrical working parts and components requiring a high level of manual dexterity and the skilled use of varied hand tools.
Make minor, compliant procedural choices during intricate soldering and fitting processes within established guidelines.
Diagnostics, Testing & Rework
Test finished electro-mechanical assemblies and troubleshoot faulty equipment using calibrated test and measurement tools.
Diagnose malfunctions within electrical and mechanical units; repair, adjust, or replace defective components as needed.
Verify the quality of your own work regarding overall assembly integrity, solder joints, and lighting functionality before advancing the product.
Document all technical assembly and testing processes accurately using pre-established reporting guidelines.
Safety & Workplace Maintenance
Responsible for the proper handling, labeling, and management of hazardous waste generated within your immediate work area.
Maintain strict adherence to facility safety protocols, including the mandatory use of safety glasses in all production zones.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing specialized soldering systems, precision wire strippers, and wire crimping tools.
Precision Bench Work: Prior experience working with delicate electronic sub-assemblies, wire harnesses, or specialized lighting systems.

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or vocational program equivalent.
Experience: 1???3 years of related electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, or technician experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work directly from blueprint drawings, wiring schematics, technical specifications, and internal procedures.
Core Skills: Strong basic math and algebra skills; ability to comprehend and follow through on multi-format instructions (verbal, written, and diagrammed).
