Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Working knowledge of CMMS software, including SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems
Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance programs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to develop maintenance schedules based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability
Ability to track work order status and maintenance task progress in CMMS
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems preferred
Preferred Skills Experience developing or improving CMMS workflows
Experience developing statements of work for external teams or vendors
Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs
Experience supporting equipment reliability improvement initiatives
Experience analyzing maintenance data, downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance
Experience maintaining maintenance records for audit and compliance purposes
Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules
Schedule maintenance activities based on work orders, priorities, and resource availability
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, planners, and operations teams to assign and complete work
Review and prioritize maintenance requests based on production requirements and safety standards
Track scheduled maintenance tasks and update work order statuses in CMMS
Develop statements of work for external CMMS improvement efforts
Work with external teams to improve CMMS processes and system performance
Support development of a Total Productive Maintenance program
Adjust maintenance schedules for emergency repairs or production changes
Analyze maintenance data and generate reports on equipment downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance
Support preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records for audit and compliance purposes
