Maintenance Technician

Maintenance/Facilities Technician Pay: $24 per hour Location: Naples, FL Schedule: Weekends only Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Maintenance / Janitorial Technician to support the daily upkeep and improvement of the property. This role involves a high volume of painting, repairs, and power washing, along with general janitorial and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work and does not need constant supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transport trash and recycling dumpsters to designated collection areas on scheduled pickup days and return them after service Keep trash and recycling areas clean, organized, and free of debris Pick up litter and debris throughout property grounds and parking areas Perform frequent painting, repairs, power washing, and other basic maintenance tasks Assist the facilities maintenance manager and general manager as needed Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment Report maintenance issues or building safety concerns promptly to management Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents and visitors Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds (dumpsters, recycling bins, equipment) Comfortable climbing and working on ladders up to 6 feet Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors throughout the shift Qualifications Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred Must be a go-getter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
