Industrial Electrician - Food & Beverage Manufacturing Location: Bradenton, FL Pay: $39.45 hr. with differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift. Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite **Must be able to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift as needed** About the Role We are seeking a Industrial Electrician ( Trades V Technician) to support the Industrial Electrician team at a leading food and beverage manufacturing facility in Bradenton, FL. This role is hands-on and responsible for planning, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical equipment and systems across the plant. If you have strong electrical and instrumentation experience and enjoy troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements *Hands-on with PLCs (RSLogix5/500), VFDs and industrial networks Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation or equivalent training/experience Working knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code) Strong math skills for electrical calculations (formula knowledge) Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Must be local to Bradenton, FL or willing to relocate Willingness to work onsite full time What You'll Do Perform installation, repair, and maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment Work with automatic controls, transformers, motor control centers, PLCs, VFDs, and power distribution systems Troubleshoot PLCs (RSLogix5 and RSLogix500) and VFDs using HIM modules, tools, or software Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics Operate bucket trucks and man-lifts as needed Use test equipment and manuals to diagnose and repair issues Disassemble, repair/replace components, and reassemble units for proper operation Support food processing and packaging equipment operations Troubleshoot field device networks (ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet) Follow prescribed food safety and safety regulations Perform related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Voluntary life, accident, hospital, and critical illness coverage options Competitive pay with opportunities for growth ** For an immediate interview, call our AI recruiter Annie!
