What You'll Do Lead with Empathy: Respond quickly and kindly to maintenance requests, ensuring guests and teammates feel heard and supported. Take Care of People: Maintain systems and equipment to keep every area safe, functional, and welcoming. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality preferred. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physically active work. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
