We perform residential maintenance, rental property repairs, turns/make-readies, punch lists, and light renovation work for property managers and homeowners.

Requirements

Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)

Ability to use work order apps/photos/checklists
Basic tools for your trade
Valid drivers license
Professional attitude and communication
Ability to document work with photos through our app
