Technical Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator

The Technical Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator coordinates and manages the technical warehouse parts and inventory.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain Inventory: Daily cycle counts, organizing stock and tool inventory.

Issue Parts/Tools

Acquire Quotes and Parts Diagrams / Locate Suppliers.

Receive Stock/Non-Stock Items and complete goods receipts.

Manage the Technical Warehouse year-end inventory.

Formal Education Required:

High School Diploma

Technical inventory management training is preferred.

Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:

Computer Experience a must.

Experience with Excel & Outlook.

Experience with SAP (Preferred).

Meticulous Record Keeping Skills.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Special Skills and Abilities Required:

Phone conversation experience with suppliers, vendors, and various departments.
