CNC Machinist

We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will operate, set up, and program CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Opportunities are available for machinists ranging from 1 year of experience to senior-level expertise.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with CNC machining processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

salary: $37,440 - $79,040 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
• Load raw materials and tools into machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances
• Edit CNC programs and make program adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues
• Optimize cycle times and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain clean work areas
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Mentor and train junior machinists and machine operators
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
