The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Greenville, AL area.

Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Greenville, AL

Salary: $90,000 - $120,00

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, including shutdowns, capital projects, equipment installs, upgrades, and rebuilds
Supervise millwrights, electricians, technicians, mobile equipment mechanics, and maintenance support staff
Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency
Oversee equipment repairs to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Support environmental compliance efforts and promote safe work practices
Develop standardized electrical and mechanical parts lists and cross-reference documentation
Train and develop maintenance personnel and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support equipment selection, installation, troubleshooting, and PLC upgrades
Manage contractors and vendors, including scheduling, safety oversight, and permit compliance

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
Strong background in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and project coordination
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and engage teams
Experience in manufacturing environments with a strong safety focus
Working knowledge of PLCs and electrical controls preferred
Engineering or technical bachelor's degree and 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
