HVAC Dispatcher (seasonal summer help)

Senica Air Conditioning, Inc. is an established residential, light commercial, replacement and new construction company looking for a full-time (seasonal summer help) experienced dispatcher in our Crystal River office (1803 SE Hwy 19, Crystal River, FL 34429). We are looking for a full-time (seasonal summer help) experienced HVAC dispatcher that has excellent customer service skills and can function in a fast paced environment to:
-answer incoming phones promptly and efficiently
-schedule service calls accurately and completely
-dispatch service calls
-coordinate service technicians daily schedules based on call locations (must know the local areas and how to use Google maps)
-process paperwork
-contact customers regarding their maintenance and extended warranty contracts (no cold calling)
-assist walk-in customers
-additional office duties as directed by management

The ideal candidate must:
-have HVAC dispatching experience or a relevant trade dispatching experience
-be able to function in a fast-paced environment
-be reliable and punctual (report to work on time and every day)
-be able to multi-task efficiently and accurately
-be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-be able to work independently with little supervision
-have excellent time management skills
-be a team player and able to work effectively with co-workers

Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Currently this position is for the summer but could turn into a permanent full-time position.

Pay rate:
$18 per hour
