Provide materials and planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance employees, interface with other department employees. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs General cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP requirements while performing job duties Qualifications Requirements: Must have a minimum of five years of facilities maintenance experience. Must have good written and oral English communications skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work from a ladder Must be able and willing to work rotating Tuesday-Saturday work weeks and weekends Must be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this position Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time on concrete/metal grate floors. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
