Assembler I (1st Shift) Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM Employment Type: Contract | Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler I to join our manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This role involves performing repetitive assembly operations, working with small parts, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble small to medium-sized components using hand or machine-assisted methods Buff, polish, and trim parts to meet quality standards Perform simple assembly operations following work instructions and specifications Complete repetitive tasks efficiently to meet daily production quotas Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure product quality Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Required Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related environment preferred Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures Basic communication and teamwork skills Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Requires standing or sitting for extended periods May involve use of hand tools and light equipment Fast-paced environment with production targets Additional Details Onsite role - no remote option No travel required Timekeeping based on time-in/time-out Weekly, biweekly, or monthly time sheet options available #LI-CB1 #INDEPI
