Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Install and mount components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, power supplies, terminal blocks, and wiring harnesses. Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing. Label wires and components according to specifications. Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing. Ensure proper torque specifications and secure mounting of components. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines. Identify and report defective materials or discrepancies in documentation. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Basic computer and inventory software knowledge Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Basic understanding of electrical components and low-voltage systems. Experience using hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Knowledge of voltmeter and troubleshooting. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Frequent use of hands for fine motor skills. Ability to bend, kneel, and reach as needed.
