Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs in residential properties
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property managers
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed
Repair or replace appliances and fixtures as necessary
Install and repair drywall and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Install and repair fencing as needed
Perform general carpentry and property upkeep tasks
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other team members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a maintenance or related role
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Experience with drywall installation and painting
Experience with fencing installation and repair
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid drivers license required
