Duties for the role:
Read and interpret cabinet drawings, layouts, and cutting lists to determine assembly requirements
Prepare cabinet components by trimming, sanding, and fitting panels, doors, and drawers for precise alignment
Assemble cabinet boxes, frames, shelves, and doors using screws, dowels, glue, clamps, and other fasteners
Check measurements, joints, and finishes to ensure accuracy and product quality before installation
Install hardware such as hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other fittings according to design specifications
Inspect completed units for defects, alignment, and surface finish, making adjustments or repairs when needed
Assist in organizing materials, maintaining tools, and performing light maintenance on woodworking equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements for the role:
Completion of high school is required
At least one year work experience as a similar role. Previous experience in woodworking, cabinet assembly, or furniture manufacturing industry is highly desired
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work under minimal supervision
