Maintenance Tech - Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech to support daily operations and ensure our facilities and grounds remain clean, safe, and well?maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail?oriented, andfortable performing a variety of physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance: Perform general outdoor clean?up, including debris removal and maintaining a tidy appearance of the property.
Trash Removal: Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash from designated areas.
Appliance Moving: Assist with transporting, lifting, and positioning appliances as needed.
Basic Facility Upkeep: Replace light bulbs andplete simple maintenance tasks to support overall building functionality.
General Support: Assist team members with additional labor tasks or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail andmitment to cleanliness.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Previous general labor or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
May involve indoor and outdoor tasks.
Requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
