Paid training and skill development Stable 1st shift schedule with consistent hours Clean, modern, and team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term career growth Pay, Schedule & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and 10 paid holidays Tools and PPE provided Reimbursement for work boots and prescription safety glasses What You'll Do (Training Provided) Assemble mechanical and electrical components for industrial chillers Work with parts such as motors, compressors, fans, pumps, valves, and piping Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions Assist with copper pipe fitting and basic brazing tasks Perform basic electrical wiring following safety standards Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies Conduct quality checks and make minor adjustments as needed Track work using a company-provided tablet Maintain a clean and safe workspace What We're Looking For We welcome entry-level candidates and those with hands-on experience. Interest in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or skilled trades Comfortable using or willing to learn hand and power tools Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow instructions and work on a team Strong work ethic and reliability Helpful but not required experience: Assembly, warehouse, or production work Construction or automotive repair HVAC systems or mechanical equipment Basic electrical wiring or brazing No advanced HVAC or refrigeration experience required. Training will be provided.
