Assembly Production Associate Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our production team as Assembly Associates. In this role, you will work within an assembly line environment to assist in manufacturing. Each team member is responsible for completing one of several key steps in the production process, contributing to the efficient output of high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities Perform one or more steps in a multi-stage assembly process Assemble frames using stapling tools and adhesives Apply glue and properly position internal cores Install front and back panels onto the structure Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Stack completed doors onto pallets (typically in quantities of 30) Transport assembled to compression machinery for final processing Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment Conduct visual and measurement-based quality inspections throughout the process Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Skills Assembly and production experience Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions Proficiency using hand and power tools Basic measuring skills (tape measure usage) Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills Experience with wiring, construction, or installation work Background in carpentry or woodworking Familiarity with general production or assembly line environments Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of general assembly or production experience Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift materials overhead as required throughout the shift Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Skills Summary Assembly & Mechanical Assembly Blueprint Reading Tape Measure & Inspection Hand and Power Tool Operation Construction & Carpentry Production & Packaging General Labor Experience Level Entry Level Why Join Us?
