Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Marvin Composites is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor our Fargo, ND locion. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in guiding the Maintenance Department across all shifts. This position involves assigning tasks, setting goals, coordining improvements, and fostering a collaborive team environment. Oversee maintenance operions across all shifts, ensuring timely response to equipment needs and project deadlines.
Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor team, building bench strength and supporting professional development.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocion to meet production support needs.
Manage and coordine external vendors and contractors, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirements
Lead departmental initiives including 5S, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

Associe degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schemics and technical drawings.
Proficiency with EAM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience managing vendors and contractors.
