Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in property maintenance and unit turns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Perform grounds upkeep, including trash removal and general cleanliness
• Handle general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
• Help maintain a safe and well-kept community for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related industry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
• Reliable and punctual

Dress Code:

• Work boots required
• Pants (no shorts)
• Shirts with no large or inappropriate lettering
