Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Trotwood, OH. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on professional with industry experience who takes pride in keeping properties in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) for new residents
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to quality standards

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must have basic tools and transportation
