Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers/Solderers for a great opportunity in a clean manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on soldering experience who are comfortable working with small parts, reading blueprints, and following detailed assembly instructions. Candidates must have either a National ANSI/STD-001 Certification or IPC-610 Certification. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Olathe, KS.
Electrical Assembler Solderer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform electrical assembly and soldering tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, PC boards, and work instructions
- Complete mechanical assembly duties, including working with bolts and nuts
- Follow detailed instructions in the correct order throughout the assembly process
- Maintain quality and safety standards in the workplace
Electrical Assembler Solderer Requirements:
- Soldering experience required
- Must have either a National ANSI/STD-001 Certification or IPC-610 Certification
- Mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for small-part assembly and soldering tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds as needed
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
- Ability to read and understand English
- Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions
