This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage maintenance operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff Assign and prioritize service requests, work orders, and unit turns Perform and assist with maintenance tasks as needed Ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep of the property Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of tools and supplies Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting Supervisory experience is required Strong working knowledge of: Plumbing Electrical systems Carpentry Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment Strong organizational and leadership skills Reliable and able to work overtime when needed Why Work with BG Staffing?
