Ismael, Maintenance Mechanic Job Responsibilities: Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components Perform tests to make sure that the machine is running smoothly Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma plus equivalent experience, or 2 year associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
