Maintenance Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and support maintenance operations. This role ensures efficient scheduling, tracking, and completion of maintenance activities while supporting overall operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks Maintain and update maintenance records and systems (CMMS) Track work orders, parts, and inventory Communicate with maintenance technicians and leadership teams Monitor equipment performance and downtime trends Assist in planning shutdowns and maintenance projects Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures Qualifications Experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or scheduling Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with CMMS systems Knowledge of maintenance operations in industrial settings Preferred Skills Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance Inventory or parts management experience Data tracking and reporting skills IND2
