HiFi Audio & Video is seeking an experienced Audio/Video Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end home automation, networking, security, surveillance, distributed audio, home theaters, and Control4 systems throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

We are looking for a motivated technician who can work independently, lead projects when needed, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Install and service Control4 automation systems
Install and configure networking equipment (Araknis, routers, switches, access points)
TV mounting and home theater installation
Distributed audio and video systems
Security camera installation and setup
Structured wiring and low-voltage cabling
Rack building and equipment installation
System troubleshooting and service calls
Customer training and support

Qualifications:

Previous Audio/Video or Low Voltage experience required
Control4 experience strongly preferred
Networking knowledge required
Experience with cameras, automation, and structured wiring
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check

Preferred Experience:

Control4 Certification
Araknis Networking
Luma, Hikvision, Hanwha, or similar surveillance systems
Home theater installations, calibration, and setup
Smart home integration
