VW Aircooled engine builder / Sawmill assembler

The Role This is a dual-focus contractor role. You will split your time between assembling and servicing VW air-cooled engines and performing hands-on technical assembly and maintenance on our sawmill units.

Key Responsibilities

Competently assemble complete VW air-cooled engines (1600cc) from bare cases to finished units, working with single-port heads, forged crankshafts, and carburetors.
Assist in the mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mobile sawmill machinery.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment at all times.
Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience building and rebuilding VW air-cooled engines.
Strong general mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment or sawmills is highly preferred.
Must be strictly drug and alcohol-free.
Must be highly reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of managing your own workflow.
Job Type: Currently a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
